Common use of Services Provided by Party A Clause in Contracts

Services Provided by Party A. 1.1 During the term hereof, hereby it is agreed by Party B that under the terms and conditions detailed herein, it shall appoint Party A as its exclusive service provider to provide full business supports, technical and consulting services covering all services decided by Party A from time to time within the business scopes of Party B, including but not limited to all related technical services, plant leasing and internet technology supports, business and marketing information consultation, intellectual property licenses, product R & D and system maintenance.

Services Provided by Party A. 1.1 During Party B hereby appoints Party A as Party B’s exclusive services provider to provide Party B with complete technology support, business support and related consulting services during the term hereofof this Agreement, hereby it is agreed by Party B that under in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed hereinof this Agreement, it shall appoint Party A as its exclusive service provider to provide full business supports, technical and consulting services covering which may include all services decided by within the scope of business of Party A B as may be determined from time to time within the business scopes of by Party BA, including such as, but not limited to all related technical to, technology services, plant leasing and internet technology supportsbusiness consultations, equipment or property leasing, marketing consultancy, employee training, business management consulting and marketing information consultationservices, intellectual property licenses, product R & D system maintenance and system maintenancefinancial support.

Services Provided by Party A. 1.1 During the term hereof, hereby it is agreed by Party B that under hereby appoints Party A as Party B’s exclusive services provider to provide Party B with complete business support and technical and consulting services during the Service Period, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed hereinof this Agreement, it shall appoint which may include all or part of the services within the business scope of Party A B as its exclusive service provider to provide full business supports, technical and consulting services covering all services decided by Party A may be determined from time to time within the business scopes of by Party BA, including including, but not limited to all related to, technical services, plant leasing and internet technology supportsnetwork support, business and marketing information consultationconsultations, intellectual property licenses, equipment or leasing, marketing consultancy, system integration, product R & D research and development, and system maintenancemaintenance(“Service”).
