Services Provided by GlobalSign. After execution of this Agreement and payment of all applicable fees, in addition to the grant of authority pursuant to Section 2, GlobalSign or a third party provider designated by GlobalSign shall provide the following services to Subscriber hereunder: CRL Availability Use its reasonable efforts to compile, aggregate and make electronically available to all CAs in the Secure Server Hierarchy i) GlobalSign's current CRL, and (ii) the CRLs provided by CAs to GlobalSign; provided, however, that GlobalSign shall not be in breach of its obligations hereunder as a result of any delay in or failure of performance on its part which arises out of any equipment failure or telecommunications breakdown beyond the reasonable control of GlobalSign.

Revoke Digital Certificates GlobalSign will revoke an ExtendedSSL Certificate it has issued upon the occurrence of any of the following events:  The Subscriber requests revocation of its ExtendedSSL Certificate.  GlobalSign obtains reasonable evidence that the Subscriber‟s Private Key (corresponding to the Public Key in the ExtendedSSL Certificate) has been compromised, or that the ExtendedSSL Certificate has otherwise been misused;  GlobalSign receives notice or otherwise becomes aware that a Subscriber violates any of its material obligations under the Subscriber Agreement;  GlobalSign receives notice or otherwise becomes aware that a Subscriber uses the certificate for criminal activities such as phishing attacks, fraud, etc.  GlobalSign receives notice or otherwise becomes aware that a court or arbitrator has revoked a Subscriber‟s right to use the domain name listed in the ExtendedSSL Certificate, or that the Subscriber has failed to renew its domain name;  GlobalSign receives notice or otherwise becomes aware of a material change in the information contained in the ExtendedSSL Certificate;  A determination, in GlobalSign's sole discretion, that the ExtendedSSL Certificate was not issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Extended Validation Guidelines or GlobalSign‟s ExtendedSSL Policies;  If GlobalSign determines that any of the information appearing in the ExtendedSSL Certificate is not accurate.  GlobalSign ceases operations for any reason and has not arranged for another ExtendedSSL CA to provide revocation support for the EV Certificate;  GlobalSign‟s right to issue ExtendedSSL Certificates under these Guidelines expires or is revoked or terminated [unless Global...

Services Provided by GlobalSign. GlobalSign shall issue the Qualified Certificate upon approval of the Service Administrator who shall authenticate and validate the application and enrollment information of the Applicants/Subscribers.
Services Provided by GlobalSign. GlobalSign shall be the CA) issuing the Digital Certificate upon approval of LRA who shall authenticate and validate the application and enrollment information of Subscriber. LRA shall (1) receive and process the Digital Certificate application from Subscriber, (2) send an acknowledgment to Subscriber of either the approval or rejection of the Digital Certificate application, (3) if the Digital Certificate application is approved, instruct GlobalSign to issue the Digital Certificate, and (d) process all requests for revocation of the Digital Certificate upon the receipt of an authenticated request from Subscriber. Subscriber or LRA shall have the right to revoke the Digital Certificate upon, (1) any change to the information on the Digital Certificate or the Digital Certificate application, including, but not limited to the change of the name or domain name registration of Subscriber or (2) any actual or suspected loss, disclosure, or other compromise of Subscriber's Private Key. This Service is provided as a web-based service. If this Service is used in conjunction with any third party products, GlobalSign may specify certain specifications to be met by LRA.

In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.

  • Ancillary Services Those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Reimbursable Services Reimbursable Services are the services specifically identified in Paragraph 15.2 that are provided by the Architect/Engineer in conjunction with the delivery of Basic Services under this Agreement.
