Common use of Services Generally Clause in Contracts

Services Generally. Fiserv, itself and through its -------- ------------------ affiliates, agrees to provide Client, and Client agrees to obtain from Fiserv services ("Services") and products ("Products") (collectively, "Fiserv Services") described in the attached Exhibits: Exhibit A - Account Processing Services Exhibit L - Material Purchased Through Fiserv Exhibit M - Software Products The Exhibits set forth specific terms and conditions applicable to the Services and/or Products, and, where applicable, the Fiserv affiliate so performing. Client may select additional services and products from time to time by incorporating an appropriate Exhibit to this Agreement.
