SERVICES FRAMEWORK LOTS. Lot No 1 Health and Social Care Surveys Short description These surveys range in frequency from an annual cycle to 10 yearly, along with ad-hoc surveys covering health and well being, smoking, drinking, drug use, dental health, mental health, psychiatric conditions (including conditions such as autism), infant feeding, diet and nutrition, lifestyle attitudes, social care and, patient care and experiences. These surveys also vary in coverage from a country level, e.g. England, to the whole of the UK. The mode of data collection will vary for each survey; face-to-face, self completion, postal, telephone or online survey and possibly even mixed mode methods. Similarly, the tools and supporting material needed for data collection will vary for each survey; hand held devices such as patient experience trackers, Personal Digital Assistants, Computer Aided Personal Interview (CAPI) systems, questionnaires, diaries etc. Therefore, each survey will have its own specification but will typically cover one or more of the following elements: • survey design and testing, • sampling design, • piloting • content, print and distribution of questionnaires and/or other materials (e.g. diaries) • fieldwork • data collection and entry, data cleaning, validation and storage, • analysis and the production of a final dataset and report(s). • Some surveys will require the collection, transportation, processing, analysis and storage of biological samples (e.g. blood and urine). Storage of residual biological samples could be required for up to ten years, to allow possible further analysis. The intellectual input from the commissioning organisation will vary from survey to survey. The Framework Agreement will be of 4 years in duration, however, given the length of time some individual pieces of work may take due to continuous fieldwork and the need for consistent collection of data over the project timeline, the contract length of any call off may vary from short call offs (weeks/months) to up to 7 years in length in order to obtain the final results. Length of contract would be determined at call off.   • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.

  • Services with Deliverables If Supporting Material for services define specific deliverables, HP warrants those deliverables will conform materially to their written specifications for 30 days following delivery. If Customer notifies HP of such a non-conformity during the 30 day period, HP will promptly remedy the impacted deliverables or refund to Customer the fees paid for those deliverables and Customer will return those deliverables to HP.

  • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.11, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions:
