SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement covers the services of the National Ballet Orchestra in both tour and non-tour capacity in productions of the National Ballet of Canada. Where productions requiring orchestra are reproduced for electronic media, the National Ballet Orchestra shall be used to the extent of the instrumentation that the stage score requires at the rates defined in the appropriate A. F. of M.
SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. The Parties agree to pay Boston Law Collaborative, LLC (“BLC”) for the Mediator’s time at the hourly rate of $____. The Parties understand that they will be billed for all time spent in preparation for and at mediation sessions, in telephone conferences, for sending and responding to emails, preparing documents, whether before, during, or after the mediation session(s), and review of memos and other material submitted to the Mediator by the Parties. The Parties will be billed (at BLC’s cost) for necessary expenses such as copies, faxes, and long distance telephone calls. A $250 per party administration fee will also be charged for administrative services performed by BLC staff (i.e. - scheduling sessions and telephone conferences, responding to email, phone calls, organizing and filing documents, etc.).
SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Your use of the Services (including the Account established for you at JDB) is subject to the terms of this Agreement between you and Prevue. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Prevue, your agreement for use of the Services will always include, at a minimum, the terms set out in this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any other written agreement between you and Prevue, the terms of this agreement will prevail.

This Agreement shall cover only the types of services set forth herein and is in no way intended nor shall it be construed to bestow upon the Introducing Broker any special treatment regarding any other arrangements, agreements or understandings that presently exist or which may hereafter exist between the Introducing Broker and the Clearing Broker or any affiliate of the Clearing Broker. The Introducing Broker shall be under no obligation whatsoever to deal with the Clearing Broker or any of its subsidiaries or any companies controlled directly or indirectly by or affiliated with the Clearing Broker, in any capacity other than as set forth in this Agreement. Similarly, the Clearing Broker shall be under no obligation whatsoever to deal with the Introducing Broker or any of its affiliates in any capacity other than as set forth in this Agreement.

Subject to Section 2.1.2, Delta shall perform all Line Maintenance for the In-Scope Aircraft (as more particularly described in Article 3), all Maintenance for CPFH Components on the In-Scope Aircraft or required to support the In-Scope Aircraft (as more particularly described in Article 4), all provisioning of Materials, CPFH Components and tooling/equipment required to support the In-Scope Aircraft (as more Hawaiian LH Delta JPM [**] – Confidential treatment has been requested for the bracketed portions. The confidential redacted portion has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. particularly described in Article 5), and all operational, planning, engineering, contract management, and all other services for, or in support of, the In-Scope Aircraft (as more particularly described in Article 6 and Article 7) as are necessary or desirable for operation of the same by Hawaiian, and which shall include In-Scope Services and Out-Of Scope Services (collectively, the “Services”).
SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 Helpdesk Support Service entitles the Customer to cover for its main Server(s), Exchange / Outlook etc., Workstations and Laptops (excluding parts as this is normally covered under the manufactures warranty). SOFT- WORKS will provide support for the general user and also at administrator level, providing guidance when needed - for example, setting up additional users / passwords, etc. General application support for Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, support for Microsoft Lync unified communications, AVG anti-virus and anti-spam solutions, plus support for other applications can be considered (subject to approval / agreement). As part of the Support Contract, SOFT-WORKS will also undertake regular system health-checks to ensure that the network is 'fine-tuned' to give the best performance possible from the system. SOFT-WORKS Helpdesk is available to assist with the day-to-day running of business software and computer network. However, with regards to third-party systems (such as accounting and payroll applications) SOFT-WORKS will assist where possible but may wish to refer Customer back to the vendor for direct support when needed.

If travel is needed for meetings or other events outside of the office, that time will be billed at half of our ordinary hourly rates. The Parties will be billed (at BLC’s cost) for necessary expenses such as copies, faxes, and long distance telephone calls. A one-time $200 per-party administration fee will also be charged for administrative services performed by BLC staff (i.e. - scheduling sessions and telephone conferences, responding to email, phone calls, organizing and filing documents, etc.).

The Parties will be billed (at BLC’s cost) for necessary expenses such as copies, faxes, and long distance telephone calls. A one-time $200 per-party administration fee will also be charged.
