Services Covered by Per Diem. If Group provides services which are separately reimbursable under a Per Diem, the Per Diem will be the exclusive payment for services provided to the Member. Group is not eligible to bill separately for any services that are also reimbursable under a Per Diem.

  • SERVICES COVERED 63.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CLEC will interconnect its network with CenturyLink’s network for the transmission, routing and termination of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, Local and Toll VoIP- PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic. This Agreement is intended only for traffic consisting of wireline to wireline communications, not for Mobile Wireless Service traffic, and neither Party will route Mobile Wireless Service traffic to the other Party (other than Transit Traffic) without first executing a separate written agreement to govern such traffic.

  • Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance a. Statutory California Workers' Compensation coverage including broad form all-states coverage.

  • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any work under the Grant.

  • Compensation and Professional Liability All Liability policies including Workers’ Compensation written on behalf of Consultant shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of County and members of Commissioners Court.

  • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability The policy is required only if Contractor has employees.   • When You Are Covered by More Than One Insurer A healthcare coverage plan is considered the primary plan and its benefits will be paid first if: • the plan does not use similar COB rules to determine coverage; or • the plan does not have a COB provision; or • The plan has similar the COB rules and is determined to be primary under the order of benefit determination rules described below. Benefits under another plan include all benefits that would be paid if claims had been initially submitted under that plan. The following factors are used to determine which plan is primary and which plan is secondary: • if you are the main subscriber or a dependent; • if you are married, which spouse was born earlier in the year; • the length of time each spouse has been covered under the plan; • if a parental custody or divorce decree applies; or • if Medicare is your other coverage then Medicare guidelines will apply. These factors make up the order of benefit determination rules, described in greater detail below:

  • Performance while Dispute is Pending Notwithstanding the existence of a dispute, the Supplier must continue without delay to carry out all of its responsibilities under the Contract that are not affected by the dispute.
