Services by Others. If this project requires the specialized services of consultants and other technical companies, then such services will be utilized only with the Client’s written approval, with the cost of such services included at the invoice cost plus Ten (10%) percent.
Services by Others. CMC may, at its cost, subcontract with others to better provide shareholders with the services described in this Agreement; provided CMC shall be responsible for the performance by such third party(ies) as though CMC had directly provided the service.
Services by Others. If requested by CLIENT, the COMPANY can secure the services of others to complete the work requested by the CLIENT.
Services by Others. For specialized construction analyses, engineering services, or work not considered subcontract work requiring prequalification, the Development Entity will be reimbursed the invoice price plus 2% to cover administration and all other costs. The Development Entity shall furnish a copy of the invoice, receipt, or cancelled check as support for the expense incurred. The markup on service by others costs will be limited to 2% only, regardless of whether the service was arranged by the Development Entity or any other Contractor performing any or all of the Extra Work. The overhead and profit allowances specified in Section 2.7 (Overhead and Profit) below are not applicable to service by others costs.
Services by Others. Soils investigation and survey for the proposed project area will be completed by sub- consultants to the COMPANY. SRF project partners shall provide technical assistance and design review.
Services by Others. COMPANY does not plan to engage sub-consultants for the project.
Services by Others. 1. Project topographic and construction survey will be provided by Kaskaskia Engineering.
Services by Others. JLK Architects will provide the Historic Architecture services as a sub-consultant to COMPANY.
Services by Others. COMPANY will utilize a third party vendor that specializes in Federal and State environmental record searches as established in ASTM E 1527-13.
Services by Others. Any services to be performed by others will be detailed in subsequent Work Orders.
