SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. The Consultant shall provide the professional services as defined in this Agreement and as necessary to accomplish the scope of services attached hereto as Attachment B and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full. The Consultant shall furnish all services, labor, and related equipment to conduct and complete the work, except as specifically noted otherwise in this Agreement.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. 1.1 The services to be provided by the CONSULTANT under this Contract are as set out in Appendix "A", attached to this Contract, and made an integral part hereof.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. The CONSULTANT will provide the Services and deliverables described in Appendix "A", which is attached hereto, and made an integral part hereof.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. A. The Consultant shall perform the services described in the Scope of Work attached to this Agreement as Exhibit " ." The services performed by the Consultant shall not exceed the Scope of Work without prior written authorization from the City.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. The services to be provided by the CONSULTANT under this Agreement are as set out in Appendix "A", attached to this Agreement, and made an integral part hereof.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. The CONSULTANT shall provide the following services and phases to complete the project development. An opinion of probable cost will be prepared at each design phase prior to bidding. Each section is itemized according to specific design elements.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. A. The Consultant agrees to perform the services described in Attachment A to this Agreement, which attachment is incorporated herein by reference.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. A. The CONSULTANT shall provide the field survey required from preparation of design plans in conformance with the requirements of Title 865 IAC 1-12 et suquentia and the "Survey Manual, Location Surveys, Indiana State Highway Commission", a copy of which is on file with the Indiana Department of Transportation and same is incorporated herein by reference and is made part hereof. As a minimum the survey shall include locating all xxxxx, utilities, septics and structures within 100 feet of the existing road centerline or 85 feet beyond the proposed future right-of-way whichever is greater. This shall be done to insure the most efficient design can be achieved which will minimize land acquisition and relocation costs.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. Consultant shall perform the services described in the scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, (“Services”), in a manner consistent with the accepted practices for other similar services, performed to the City’s satisfaction, within the time period prescribed by the City and pursuant to the direction of the City Manager or his/her designee.
SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. The engineering services to be performed by CONSULTANT are described in the Fee Proposal letter dated May 29, 2014 (updated August 11, 2014) and presented as Appendix “A”, which is attached hereto, and made a part hereof, and are referred to herein as the “Services”.
