Services and Duties of Members. 5.3.1 No Member serving as a Manager shall be expected to devote his, her or its full working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company, and each shall only devote so much time and efforts as is reasonably required for such purposes. The Managers shall devote such time to the business and affairs of the Company as is necessary to carry out the Manager's duties set forth in this Agreement. Managers shall be reimbursed by the Company for reasonable business expenses incurred on behalf of the company and within guidelines established by the Members.
