Servicer Shall Provide Information as Reasonably Required. The Servicer shall furnish to the Purchaser during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports, information or documentation, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable or appropriate in respect to the Purchaser, or otherwise in respect to the Mortgage Loans and the performance of the Servicer under this Agreement, including any reports, information or documentation reasonably required to comply with any regulations regarding any supervisory agents or examiners of the Purchaser all such reports or information to be as provided by and in accordance with such applicable instructions and directions as the Purchaser may reasonably request in relation to this Agreement or the performance of the Servicer under this Agreement. The Servicer agrees to execute and deliver all such instruments and take all such action as the Purchaser, from time to time, may reasonably request in order to effectuate the purpose and to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
