Servicer Shall Provide Information as Reasonably Required. The Servicer shall furnish to the Owner or the NIMs Insurer upon reasonable request, during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports or information, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable or appropriate with respect to the purposes of this Agreement. The Servicer may negotiate with the Owner or the NIMs Insurer for a reasonable fee for providing such report or information, unless (i) the Servicer is required to supply such report or information pursuant to any other section of this Agreement, or (ii) the report or information has been requested in connection with Internal Revenue Service or other regulatory agency requirements. All such reports or information shall be provided by and in accordance with all reasonable instructions and directions given by the Owner or the NIMs Insurer.
