Service Work Order Process. 4.1. For P1 events only, the Judicial Council and/or the Court(s) will create Service Work Orders for time and materials service calls in Judicial Council’s CAFM system. P1 events will be compensated on a Time and Materials Basis not to exceed $1,500.00 without prior Judicial Council authorization.

The Judicial Council’s Project Manager will provide Consultant with an unsigned Services Request Form (Exhibit E), describing the Work the Judicial Council wants performed. The Judicial Council’s Project Manager will complete the Services Request Form and send to Consultant electronically. The Judicial Council Project Manager will inform the Consultant of the appropriate Pricing Methodology to be used in the Service Work Order.

Two Pricing Methodologies are allowable under this Agreement. Only one type of Pricing Methodology may be used in any individual Service Work Order and that methodology will apply to all Services provided under that Service Work Order. If more than one methodology is necessary, the Services must be segregated into separate Service Work Orders.

  • Order Process When the start of production of your reservation nears, we will ask you to confirm your option selections and to provide full details of the legal purchaser of the Model X. Tesla will create an order for your Model X containing the information provided by you, and a Purchase Agreement indicating the estimated purchase price of your Model X, taking into account the base price of the model and any options included or that you select, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees. Tesla will then submit to you the order and the Purchase Agreement for your review. If you wish to proceed and purchase the Model X, you must sign and return the Purchase Agreement together with any amounts that are then required to be paid. Production of your Model X will then be commenced and your deposit payable under the Purchase Agreement will be held by Tesla as a non-refundable deposit (to the extent permitted by applicable law). At the time you enter into the Purchase Agreement, you may, at your sole option, notify us that you would like to take your Reservation Payment and apply it to your deposit. These procedures may be subject to change.

  • Service Order Process Requirements 53.5.1 CenturyLink will accept orders for As-Is Transfer of services from CenturyLink to CLEC where CenturyLink is the End User’s current local exchange carrier.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor.   • Change Order Procedure The Agency may at any time request a modification to the Scope of Work using a change order. The following procedures for a change order shall be followed:

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template).   • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.
