Common use of Service Warranty Clause in Contracts

Service Warranty. Company warrants and represents that any services performed by Company or by a permitted subcontractor or agent of Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed on a professional basis, consistent with the best practices in the industry, in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and in a diligent, workmanlike, and expeditious manner. Company acknowledges that time is of the essence for all services provided hereunder. Company represents and warrants that all Company employees, personnel, agents or contractors performing Services shall be trained, experienced, professional, and where applicable, licensed, certified and bonded, to perform the services and shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws in the performance of services.
