Service visits. The Supplier shall ensure that the Authority is notified in writing in advance of all service visits to any Premises and Locations and that Staff comply with any relevant Polices and/or reasonable instructions and/or security procedures notified to the Supplier by the Authority from time to time in connection with such site visits. Provision of information Without prejudice to any specific records keeping requirements set out in this Contract, including as part of the Specification and Tender Response Document, the Supplier shall: maintain a record of all Goods that are covered by the Maintenance Services (“Maintenance Inventory”). For the avoidance of doubt, such Maintenance Inventory shall be deemed to form part of the Specification and Tender Response Document and may be in a single document or separate documents, as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract from time to time; maintain records of all maintenance work carried out on any Goods in connection with this Contract; and provide all required management information to the Authority promptly upon Authority’s written request to demonstrate, to the Authority’s reasonable satisfaction, compliance with requirements to provide planned preventative maintenance and, where applicable, remedial maintenance in connection with all Goods listed in the Maintenance Inventory. Without prejudice to any other audit or information requirements set out as part of this Contract, any records kept by the Supplier in connection with the Maintenance Services, the Maintenance Inventory and any service visits shall be made available by the Supplier for inspection by the Authority and/or its authorised representatives on request. Subject always to the provisions of Clause 8 of this Schedule 9, the Supplier shall inform the Authority in writing as soon as it becomes aware that either of the following circumstances will, or are likely to, arise in connection with any Goods forming part of the Maintenance Inventory: the Supplier will no longer be able to maintain the item of Goods as any required third party support will no longer be available (including, without limitation, support from the original equipment manufacturer); or the Supplier will no longer not be able to obtain from any third party (including, without limitation, the original equipment manufacturer) any required spare parts and/or consumable items required to provide the Maintenance Services in relation to those Goods. Service visits. 11.1 The Supplier shall make an additional charge, in accordance with its standard scale of charges from time to time for service visits which are made that the request of the Customer by reason of any faults in the equipment due to causes not covered by the services; or
Service visits. Simply Outsourced Limited shall make a charge, in accordance with its standard scales of charges then in force, for service visits made at the request of the Customer by reason of any fault in the Equipment due to a cause not covered by the Hardware Maintenance or made at the request of the Customer but which Simply Outsourced Limited finds to be frivolous or unnecessary.
Service visits. In the event an issue covered under the Service Plan cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be dispatched to the Client’s office (“Service Visit”). Client is entitled to one (1) Service Visit per week. Scheduled Wellness Visits do not constitute a Service Visit.
Service visits. If all of the equipment at a facility is deactivated, either seasonally or permanently, no service visit is required. A written service report stating that all equipment is idle is still required and shall be submitted to the Plant Maintenance Supervisor and/or Superintendent. If a facility has equipment, except closed loop systems, in operation, the Vendor's representative shall visit that facility once per month that the equipment is in operation. After that period and for the duration of the contract, the contractor's representative shall visit that facility a minimum of once a month for each month that the equipment is in operation. Service visit requirement for closed loop systems are covered in the paragraph entitled CLOSED SYSTEMS of this contract. All service visits shall be unscheduled unless otherwise directed or approved by the facility's Maintenance Supervisor and/or Superintendent. All site visits shall be made during normal working hours and days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. During each service visit, all equipment shall be inspected and all analyses necessary to determine that the water treatment program is being administered properly shall be performed in the presence of a representative of the Plant Maintenance Supervisor. Chemical testing of the system must be conducted on site and reported at the time of the testing. Each visit shall also include a conference with the Plant Maintenance Supervisor or their representative to discuss problems arising between visits and the status of the program.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.
