Service Units. The sub-recipient’s service delivery units will be in accordance with the specifications below and the terms and conditions of this contract.
Service Units. Tenured Professors will be assigned 3 to 4 service units annually. The values of various service activities may be reviewed and negotiated in Labor Management Communication Committee meetings annually. The values will be posted on the College’s website by the first working day of May of each year. The negotiated ranges for service unit values are identified in Appendix C of this Agreement. The specific service unit value within the range will be determined by the appropriate Vice President. Probationary Professors are expected to complete 1 to 4 service units annually in coordination with the recommendations of their Probationary Review Committee. Upon mutual agreement, professors may be assigned to additional service units in exchange for reduced instructional assignments or additional instruction in exchange for reduced service unit assignments. If professors work in excess of the instructional workload and service unit assignment maximums, refer to Overload and Stipend compensation.
Service Units. The Contractor shall ensure that the provision of services described in this contract is in accordance with the current DOEA Handbook and the service tasks described in Section II.A. Attachment XIV, Service Rate Report, lists the services that can be performed, the highest reimbursement unit rate, the method of payment, and the service unit type. Units of service will be paid pursuant to the rate established in the Contractor’s SPA as updated, as shown in Attachment XIV, and approved by the Agency.

Service Units. Service Units shall include all the following categories of premises which are in the Service Area as of the inception of this Agreement and all such premises which may be added to the Service Area by means of annexation, new construction, or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement during the term of this Agreement: ▪ SFD Service Units ▪ MFD Service Units ▪ Commercial Service Units ▪ CITY Service Units Any question as to whether a premises falls within one of these categories shall be determined by the City Manager and the determination of the City Manager shall be final.

Service Units. A service unit is one month of all system of care related services to all eligible children and their families, as described in Sections 1.5 through 1.9, performed in accordance therewith. Any disputes regarding the completion of contract deliverables are subject to the provisions of Section 5.2., Dispute Resolution.
Service Units. Supplier will deliver all Service Units delivered [*****] (place to be named by the Authorized Purchaser) and title will transfer upon actual receipt of the Service Units at the named place of destination; provided, however, that whenever Service Units are delivered to Apple Sales International or Apple Operations Europe in the [*****] region, Goods will be delivered [*****] and title will transfer at the named place at the frontier, but before the customs border of the country of destination.
Service Units. The Service Units shall vest in five equal annual installments on each of the first through fifth anniversaries of the issuance date, subject to the Management Member's continuous provision of services to or for the benefit of the Company until the applicable vesting date. All of a Management Member's Service Units shall also vest immediately prior to the occurrence of a Change in Control.
