Common use of Service Type Clause in Contracts

Service Type. Merchant agrees to utilize EZCheck’s Electronic Check Transfer (ECT) Service as indicated by the Merchant’s initials, (initial only one) and solely for point of sale transactions at the location(s) listed in this Agreement.
