Service Training. 31.1 The City agrees to make a good faith effort to provide an average per employee of at least forty (40) hours of service training per year. The term service training shall include all training provided during working hours. The PBA shall provide its recommendations for training to the Police Chief by November 1 of each year.
Service Training. CADigitizing will be solely responsible for, and will bear all costs of, providing technical support to their customers for Product.
Service Training. All Nutrition Service employees must successfully complete certification or recertification in CPR, First Aid, Fire Extinguisher and Blood Borne Pathogen as mandated by Xxxxxxxxxx County, State of Ohio or Federal Regulations. Nutrition Service employees shall also receive blood borne pathogen training each school year. Nutrition Service employees shall be paid for time spent for training required by the Board or by any state or federal law or regulation and the Board shall also pay, or reimburse, Nutrition Service employees for all required certifications and re-certifications.
Service Training. Aspect agrees to provide initial service training to a mutually agreed upon number of Marquette service representatives prior to the market release of the EEG/BIS module, as well as periodic (annually at a minimum) ongoing training for existing and new Marquette service personnel.
Service Training. The Board shall pay overtime to members attending in-service training, during the members off duty hours. All members will be required to fulfill four (4) training days annually. Each day consisting of nine (9) hours. Training days to be scheduled once in every rotation on what would normally be an off day. Should a training day fall during annual leave or statutory leave, such training day will be designated at a later date by the Training Officer or forfeit nine (9) hours. These training days shall not be considered as overtime. Uniform Measuring When being required to report for the measuring of uniforms or other wearing apparel, no overtime shall be granted. If after the initial measurement it is necessary to be re-measured or re-fitted, this section will not apply and overtime will be granted. If a member is on holidays or attending a training course, the member shall not be required to attend until a more convenient time.
Service Training. During the period under review, the project trained 29 Unidade Gestora das Aquisições do Estado focal points and district directors as part of the second phase of training on procurement and financial management (the first phase was completed in March 2014). As a result of this training, all participants are now able to conduct needs assessments, develop procurement plans, launch tenders and monitor their implementation, and draft and manage contracts in accordance with MoH rules and regulations. TSV following phase I included assessments using the TA tool and the results showed improvements in some institutions. During the first five visits, the average score increased from 34% to 62% (Table 7), and most sites had gradually increasing scores over time, although only two facilities has reached the 80% target for good performance. CHASS Niassa will continue TSV for the priority districts selected during the TA strategy revision done in October to further improve performance.
Service Training. Full-time employees will be scheduled to attend required service training days. Part-time employees will be required to provide availability for, and attend service training day(s) that is offered by the Employer. A part-time employee who fails to provide availability for, and attend a service training day will be deemed to have resigned from his employment with the Employer. The Employer shall schedule a minimum of six (6) days per year for Service Training, in which the employee is required to attend one day of training.

Service Training. Within the first year after the launch of the OEM Product, Supplier agrees conduct, at no cost to GEMS-IT, two (2) service training sessions at mutually agreed upon date(s) in order to train qualified GEMS-IT service personnel to provide post-warranty repair of OEM Products. Said training shall be conducted at Supplier’s premises and the parties shall each bear its own travel costs. After the initial year, Supplier agrees to conduct an annual service training session at a mutually agreed upon location and date.
Service Training. If the parties agree on a service training for the Products, Seller will provide that in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions, provided that Buyer shall reimburse Seller for air freight, hotel accommodations and meals of Seller's employees conducting the training, and will pay to Seller for each Seller's employee conducting the training a [*].
