Service to Students. A bargaining unit member shall give the Superintendent written notice before providing educational services, including tutoring, to a school-age student residing in Bexley City School District. The notice shall include the student’s name, address, general description of the services, and anticipated duration.

Service to Students. A+ Tutoring, Inc. will serve students who have been determined by the DISTRICT to be eligible for and selected for Title I service in reading and/or math. Student will receive 18 - 24 one (1) hour sessions of one-on-one tutoring instructional service, with the exception of the pre and post assessment which may exceed the one (1) hour limit as student needs require. An accommodation may also be made for students in Kindergarten for whom sessions may be scheduled in thirty minute blocks twice a week, if needed. Students may be provided additional services if student needs extra tutoring service and DISTRICT/School allocation permits. Services provided must be based on the needs of each participating student.

Student will receive 24 one (1) hour sessions of one-on-one tutoring instructional service, with the exception of the pre and post assessment which may exceed the one (1) hour limit as student needs require.
