Service Support Activities. 1. United States forces may directly or through contract establish and operate at agreed facilities and areas service support activities, including military post offices, banking services, military service exchanges, commissaries, recreational service areas, and telecommunications services, including broadcast services. It is not the United States’ intention for broadcasting, media, and entertainment services to reach beyond the scope of the agreed facilities and areas. Taking into consideration Afghan laws, traditions, and customs, United States forces may continue to make available television and radio broadcast services such as media and entertainment programming for the purposes of morale, welfare, and recreation of United States forces and other authorized recipients located on agreed facilities and areas.

It is not NATO’s intention for broadcasting, media, and entertainment services to reach beyond the scope of the Agreed Facilities and Areas. Taking into consideration Afghan laws, traditions, and customs, NATO Forces may continue to make available television and radio broadcast services such as media and entertainment programming for the purposes of morale, welfare, and recreation of NATO Forces and other authorized recipients located on Agreed Facilities and Areas.
Service Support Activities. 1. United States military authorities may establish service support activities such as military service exchanges, commissaries, open messes, social and educational centers, and recreational service areas at the radar site exclusively for use by members of the force and of the civilian component, dependents, and other personnel as mutually agreed, and may operate them directly or through contract. United States military authorities shall inform the Czech Executive Agent about establishment of any such activity before commencement of its operation. No license, permit or inspection shall be required by the Czech Republic for activities connected with such facilities, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Such organizations and activities shall be maintained and operated in accordance with applicable United States regulations. The Parties agree to address, through their respective Executive Agents, any concerns that may arise in connection with these activities.

  • Service Support In accordance with an agreed upon Statement of Work and SLA, the Services may include Service Provider’s standard customer support services (the "Support Services") in accordance with the Service Provider’s service support schedule then in effect, available at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/msa (or a successor website address) or as otherwise set out in the applicable Statement of Work or SLA (the "Support Schedule"). Service Provider may amend the Support Schedule from time to time in its sole discretion. Customer may purchase enhanced support services (“Expertise on Demand”) separately at Service Provider’s then current rates, or as otherwise agreed upon in respect of such Expertise on Demand services.

  • Customer Service Support During the Term of this Agreement, VNDS will provide reasonable telephone and e-mail customer service support to Registrar, not Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar, for nontechnical issues solely relating to the System and its operation. VNDS will provide Registrar with a telephone number and e-mail address for such support during implementation of the Supported Protocol, APIs and Software. First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”).   • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.11, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions:

Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.
