SERVICE SELECTIONS. By executing the Business Application and Acceptance form, and using the respective Services below, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with each applicable Service Description, including any Supporting Documents, corresponding exhibits, schedules, enrollments, or attachments to the same, which apply to the Services designated by you, and your use of any Service. Each Service you commence using after receipt of this Agreement, confirms your agreement to be bound by the Agreement together with each Service Description and the Supporting Documents relating to each Service. Each Service Description that corresponds to each selected Service forms a part of the Agreement.

SERVICE SELECTIONS. Customer hereby agrees to purchase Services described below (the “Initial Order”), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and such additional terms and conditions as may be set forth in executed attachments. Customer may place additional orders from time to time during the term of this Agreement by submission of service orders either orally or in writing. Service orders shall be deemed as executed under this agreement (1) when received from Customer by VoiceStep and accepted and confirmed via either email or paper confirmation delivery by VoiceStep to Customer and/or (2) when the requested services have been provided and invoiced and Customer has paid invoice for such services. The Initial Order and any additional service orders are subject to credit approval and are effective only upon acceptance by VoiceStep. SERVICE SELECTIONS. Client hereby elects to receive and requests from Bank the Services identified below in this Service Selection Form. Bank will provide to Client the Service(s) selected by Client upon Bank’s acceptance and approval of this Service Selection Form and the completion of any required setup process.

  • Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.
