SERVICE PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS TO MICROSOFT. The Service Provider is obliged to report to Microsoft details about the Customer and the Microsoft software that is being leased to the Customer. Furthermore, in the event that Microsoft believes in good faith that the Customer is not complying with the End User License Terms, then the Service Provider will cooperate in good faith with Microsoft to investigate and if necessary remedy the non-compliance. The Customer hereby acknowledges and accepts such obligations.
