Service Provider Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall limit the right of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company to terminate Grantee's employment or other form of service relationship or otherwise impose any obligation to employ and/or retain Grantee as a service provider.
Service Provider Relationship. Nothing in the adoption of the Plan or the award of the Restricted Share Units thereunder pursuant to the Award Agreement shall confer any right on a Participant with respect to continuation of employment or a consulting or directorship arrangement with the Company or any Subsidiary, nor shall they interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any Subsidiary that employs such Participant or engages such Participant as a consultant or director to terminate the Participant’s employment or consulting or directorship arrangement at any time, with or without cause.
Service Provider Relationship. Both parties expressly acknowledge and agree that in the performance of Services under this Agreement, Service Provider is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or officer of the University. Service Provider shall have no authority to, and shall not, incur any debt, obligation or liability on behalf of the University.

(i) You acknowledge and agree that the Service Providers are independent contractors, and not eCourt Reporters’ employees, agents, or representatives, and eCourt Reporters does not warrant any Service Provider’s availability to provide any Services to You at any date or time, even if otherwise posted on the Site.

The grant of the Restricted Share Units will not be construed as giving the Participant the right to be employed or serve as an officer, director, or consultant of the Corporation or any Affiliate. The Company may direct the Affiliate to collect Personal Information directly from a Consumer on the Company’s behalf and also may provide Personal Information to the Affiliate. In such an event, the Affiliate shall be deemed a Service Provider under this CCPA Addendum and the CCPA.
Service Provider Relationship. The Parties agree that Service Provider is providing the Services under this Agreement and acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or any other fiduciary relationship between Client and Service Provider.
Service Provider Relationship. As Network Operator, Ting, and not the City, shall be responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship involving the provision of services by Ting to Service Providers, as set forth in this subsection.
