Service Provider Not to Benefit from Commissions and Discounts. The remuneration of the Service Provider pursuant to Clause 6 shall constitute the Service Provider's sole remunerationinconnectionwiththisContractortheServices,andtheServiceProvidershallnotacceptfortheir own benefit any trade commission, discount, or similar payment in connection with activities pursuant to this Contractor to the Services or in the discharge of their obligations under the Contract, and the Service Provider shall use their best efforts to ensure that the Personnel, any Subcontractors, and agents of either of them similarly shall not receive any such additional remuneration.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall be granted leave without pay for the personal care and nurturing of the employee's pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Names of Retirees Effective September 1, 2009, the Employer will send a monthly report to the Union of the names of individuals that have retired the previous month. For purposes of this Agreement, a retiree shall be defined as a person who has given the Agency written notice that he/she is separating from State service by retirement and that person has actually separated from State service.

  • TREATMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS The fringe benefits are charged using the rate(s) listed in the Fringe Benefits Section of this Agreement. The fringe benefits included in the rate(s) are listed below. TREATMENT OF PAID ABSENCES Vacation, holiday, sick leave pay and other paid absences are included in salaries and wages and are claimed on grants, contracts and other agreements as part of the normal cost for salaries and wages. Separate claims are not made for the cost of these paid absences.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company. The compensation payable pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall be payable in equal semi-monthly installments on the last day of each such pay period.
