SERVICE PROGRAM. All students of Archbishop Xxxx High School are required to study the Gospel and to consider seriously what effects it should have upon their daily lives. An important aspect of the Gospel is the care and concern that we each should have for our brothers and sisters. We are each gifted with unique talents and we have the obligation to share those talents with others. In recognition of this need, service projects are mandatory for all students at each grade level. Students will be required to complete a 5 hour service project with their religion class and at least 5 of the remaining service hours must be done for a non-profit, charitable organization, excluding Archbishop Xxxx High School. Eighth grade students will be required to complete a total of five (5) service hours. Ninth grade students will be required to complete a total of ten (10) service hours. Tenth grade students will be required to complete a total of fifteen (15) service hours. Eleventh grade students will be required to complete a total of twenty (25) service hours. Twelfth grade students will be required to complete a total of twenty-five (25) service hours. Service Projects are performed for non-profit, charitable organizations. Projects are verified by a letter that includes the following: It is written on stationery with the letterhead of the non-profit, charitable organization or the Shaw Service Hour Contract (if you are uncertain if the work will qualify, get approval from the service hours coordinator before doing the work) It includes a contact name, address and a contact number associated with the organization. (Cell phone numbers are not acceptable) Family members cannot verify service hours. It includes the student’s name and a detailed description of the task performed for the service hours. It includes the number of service hours completed It includes a reflection paper on the service that was done It includes the specific dates the service hours were performed on. Service hours for the current school year must be completed from June 1st through May 31st. Service projects may only be completed with a non-profit, charitable organization or for a charitable event. It is not simply work done without pay, it is done for an organization that is charitable in nature and does not seek to make a profit. SERVICE PROGRAM. CCF will provide free and reasonable service to Covered Outlets for mechanical repair needed for Fountain Beverage dispensing equipment. Service calls will be pro-actively managed across the Rubios system to ensure all regular mechanical repair reasonably needed for the fountain beverage dispensing equipment is provided at no charge. In addition to mechanical repair, parts [valued at no more than *** ] will also be provided free of charge to restaurant managers upon request via the CCF toll free service network.
SERVICE PROGRAM. Pepsi-Cola will cause service to be provided to Pepsi-Cola Fountain Equipment as follows. Each Year, each Outlet shall be entitled, at no charge, to a maximum of four (4) service calls for the Pepsi-Cola Fountain Equipment, which shall include two (2) preventative maintenance calls. Service shall be made available to Outlets seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day, via dispatch and /or answering machine. All service and maintenance calls in excess of those specified above, as well as the costs of parts used, shall be charged to Franchisee at Pepsi-Cola's prevailing rates for service. Pepsi-Cola will provide services through its licensed bottlers or such other service providers as it may designate.
SERVICE PROGRAM. The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriatetaking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved. Before assigning a newly hired nurse in charge of a nursing unit, the Hospital will first provideorientation both to the Hospital and to such nursing unit. It is understood that such nurse may be assigned to any tour as part of her orientation program, providing such assignment is in accordance with any scheduling regulations or objectives contained in the Appendix of Local Provisions which forms part of this Collective Agreement. Nursesrecalledfrom layoff under Article (a), nurseswhose probationary period has been extended under Article and nurses who are transferred on a permanent basis may be provided any orientation determined necessary by the Hospital. A request by such a nurse for orientation shall not be unreasonablydenied. Both the Hospital and the Association recognize their joint responsibility and commitment to provide, and to participate in, in-service education. The Association supports the principle of its for their own professionaldevelopment and the Hospitalwill endeavourtoprovide programs relatedto the requirementsof the Hospital.Available programswill be publicized and the Hospital will endeavour to provide nurseswith opportunities to attend such programs during their regularly scheduledworking hours. The delegation of Added Nursing Skills and Sanctioned Medical Acts (Special Procedures) to be in accordance with College of Nurses from time to time and any approved Hospital policy related thereto. in-serviceprogramwithin the hospital and during her regularly scheduled working hours, she shall suffer no loss of regular pay. When a nurse is required by the Hospital to attend courses outside of her regularly scheduled working hours she shall be paid for all timespent in attendance on such courses at her regular straight time hourly rate of pay. Nurses may be required, as part of their regular duties, to supervise the activities of students and will be informed in writing of their responsibilities in relation to these students. SERVICE PROGRAM. Coca-Cola agrees to service and maintain the Equipment during the Term and to provide service calls at the discounted rate to Customer of XXXX, so long as Customer uses the Equipment only for the sale of Products produced or distributed by Coca-Cola and provided such service calls are not the result of Customer’s negligence. All service calls must be exclusively handled by Coca-Cola and through Coca-Cola’s service dispatch.
SERVICE PROGRAM. Pepsi-Cola will cause service (unlimited reactive service plus one (1) preventative maintenance call per year) to be provided to the Equipment at no charge (no charge for labor, no charge for parts) through Bottlers or such other service providers as Pepsi-Cola may designate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, as it relates to water filtration systems, Pepsi-Cola will not provide any water filter replacement cartridges, which replacement cartridges will be the Outlet’s responsibility.
SERVICE PROGRAM. At the date of this agreement Hillcrest is providing the following program under an annual Professional Services Contract with EIBC (collectively the “Service Program”):
SERVICE PROGRAM. This Contract is subject to the provisions of the County’s ordinance entitled Contractor Employee Jury Service (“Jury Service Program”) as codified in Sections 2.203.010 through 2.203.090 of the Los Angeles County Code, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit H (Jury Service Ordinance) and incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract.
SERVICE PROGRAM. Xxxxxx Automation US, LLC or the Xxxxxx Automation US, LLC affiliate or subsidiary listed on the quotation (“Xxxxxx”) will provide the customer on the Xxxxxx quotation (“Customer”) with the elements of the service program described in the Xxxxxx quotation (“Service”) which these terms are incorporated into in its entirety. This Agreement and any Customer confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement between the parties, shall be the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and shall be the sole terms and conditions, superseding all proposals, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. No other terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, those in Customer’s purchase order or other purchase document, or Xxxxxx’ invoicing or billing documents, shall apply and are null and void unless expressly incorporated into this Agreement in writing by the parties. Xxxxxx’ written acknowledgement of Customer’s purchase order shall not be deemed to be such a written agreement. This Agreement shall be read and interpreted in the English language.
