Common use of Service Period Clause in Contracts

Service Period. The service period is stated in the Order. If during the service period less than three Training courses take place for a Training module which forms part of the ordered Training package, the service period shall automatically extend to the date when the third Training course of the respective Training module takes place. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, the service period starts from the signature of the Agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Order, the Training contract is concluded for a definite period (no auto-renewal).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Order, If the Training contract is concluded for an indefinite period, it can be terminated with three months’ notice to the end of the month, however not before the end of a definite period (no auto-renewal)minimum term agreed between the parties.
