Service Period and Renewal. 6.1 The Service Period of any Contract will be automatically renewed at the end of the Initial Service Period for successive Service Periods of 1 year (each a Renewal Service Period) unless one Party gives the other written notice to terminate a Contract at least 60 days before the end of the Initial Service Period or the Renewal Service Period.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

  • Annual Renewal All LLS grants are subject to an annual renewal; continued funding of this Grant is contingent upon the availability of funds and research progress. Where funding is not available for a renewal and LLS does not elect to renew this Agreement, the Grantee will be given 60 days’ notice in writing that the Grant will not continue.
