Common use of Service Pay Clause in Contracts

Service Pay. Service Pay shall be paid to all members hired prior to 1998 April 30 on the basis of Seven Dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per month after completion of five (5) years' service, and an additional Seven Dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per month for each completed five (5) year period of service thereafter. Service Pay shall be paid from the first of the month next following the completion of the required period of service. Members hired on or after 1998 April 30 are not eligible for service pay.

(a) Service Pay pay shall be paid to all members hired prior to 1998 April 30 employees covered by this Agreement on the basis of Seven Dollars seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per month after the completion of five (5) years' service, service and an additional Seven Dollars seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per month for each completed five (5) year period of years' service thereafter. Service Pay pay shall be paid from the first of the month next following following, or coincident with the completion of the required qualifying period of service. Members hired on or after 1998 April 30 are not eligible for service pay.
