Service Parameters. Aquila will provide the Services only to the extent that the Services were provided by Aquila for the Business prior to the date hereof, and only for purposes of supporting the conduct of the Business substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the date hereof.
Service Parameters. The Service Provider shall provide and the Service Recipient shall accept the Services, to the extent, but only to the extent, that such Services were provided (by the Service Provider or by employees transferred to the Service Provider) immediately prior to the Execution Date, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties. The Service Provider shall only be obligated to provide the Services under the personnel availability conditions that such Services were provided by the Service Provider immediately prior to the Execution Date. Service Parameters. You acknowledge that the Service consists solely of the software provided to you as described in this Electronic Invoicing and Receipts Section.
Service Parameters. All service levels offered by Telenor are based on the parameters of service time, fix time and availability, cf. table 3.1. Please note that some of the service agreements are subject to special technical requirements for the implementation of the service.

It is the Licensee’s responsibility to make sure the Licensee’s use of the Services is legally permitted where the Licensee uses them. Services are not available in all languages. QUADIENT may block access to or suspend certain Services (or certain Service features or content) in certain countries, e.g. in embargoed countries or where it suspects misuse. Quadient may create reasonable technical limits on the Licensee’s content, such as limits on file size of emails (7 MB), processing capacity, and other technical limits. Licensee acknowledges that in the event of breach of the applicable laws by the Licensee (as noted in section 4.1.3) including provisions of the anti- spam stipulations, QUADIENT can suspend the Licensee’s account(s) for breach of Licensee obligations. Some internet service providers (“ISP”) may suspend the routing of e-mails from certain addresses if they detect or suspect any dishonest or illegal behaviour (“deny listing”). If Licensee’s account is inadvertently deny listed by an ISP, QUADIENT shall use commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to re-establish communication with such ISP as soon as possible. Licensee agrees to pay for services QUADIENT may be required to perform for this purpose, which costs will be agreed upon prior to being incurred by Quadient.
Service Parameters. UtiliCorp shall provide the Services only to the extent and under the personnel availability conditions that such Services are provided by UtiliCorp for Aquila immediately prior to the Separation Date. Furthermore, the Services will be available only for purposes of supporting the conduct of the Aquila Business substantially in the manner it was conducted immediately prior to the Separation Date.
Service Parameters. (i) Southern shall provide the Services only to the extent and under the personnel availability conditions such Services are being provided by Southern for Southern Energy immediately prior to the Effective Date; and (ii) the Services will be available only for purposes of conducting the business of Southern Energy substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the Effective Date.
Service Parameters. The Service Provider shall provide or cause to be provided the Services to the extent, and only to the extent, to which such Services were being provided to the Companies immediately prior to the Closing Date unless otherwise mutually agreed and set forth on the Transition Services Schedule.
