Service Order Form. Customers wishing to obtain service from the Company shall submit to the Company a Service Order Form stating the following:

Service Order Form. Client and HGC may execute one or more Service Order Forms describing the Services that Client desires to purchase from HGC. Each Service Order Form shall set forth the Services to be provided by HGC, the Service Specifications applicable to each such Service, the prices and payment schedule, the Initial or Minimum Term of such Services (as set out in the applicable Service Order Form) and other information the parties may mutually agree upon. No Service Order Form shall be effective until executed by HGC.
Service Order Form. For Services provided hereunder, Customer and MapAnything shall complete and execute a SOF which shall set forth the specific terms and conditions of such Services. SOFs shall be in writing and sequentially numbered and will, upon their execution, be attached as part of a separate Schedule to this Agreement and by this reference are incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement. Unless specifically stated otherwise, should there be a conflict between the terms of the SOF and this Agreement, the SOF shall govern, but solely with respect to the Services under such SOF. Nothing herein shall be construed or interpreted to obligate either Party to enter into any SOF with the other.
Service Order Form. Pursuant to the Framework Agreement, the Internet Data Centre Services shall generally be provided on the basis of the Group’s standard service order form, which has incorporated the general terms and conditions of service of the relevant members of the Group. Subject to the guidelines and terms and conditions set out in the Framework Agreement, the terms and conditions of such standard service order form may be modified to cater for specific requirements of some customers, when necessary. Key service terms such as the minimum commitment period, the minimum number of equipment and facilities under subscription and the unit service charges will be set out in such individual service order form.

Key service terms such as the minimum commitment period, bandwidth and location of services will be set out in such individual service order form.

The services identified in the Service Order Form are the “Services.” Except for any services requested under a Retainer (defined below), and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services to be delivered by CDI to Client are limited to those Services specifically identified in the Service Order Form. Service descriptions are as set forth in the Service Order Form or within one or more “Service Descriptions” located at: xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx With the exception of any changes to the unit quantities of Services identified in the Service Order Form, if Client wishes to implement changes in any Services during the term identified in a Service Order Form, it will be necessary to sign a new Service Order Form incorporating the version of this MSA in effect as of that date.

  • Service Order The following process will govern the formation of Service Orders, except to the extent expressly varied by the Operations Manual applicable to the Wholesale Service and associated Ancillary Services that are the subject of the Service Order.

  • Order Form (a) You may request Services or Equipment from us at any time by completing and submitting an order to us in our standard form.

  • Service Orders The Customer must place an Application for Service with the Company to initiate, cancel or change the Services provided pursuant to these Rates, Terms and Conditions.   • Notice of Work Schedules (a) Work schedules for regular employees shall be posted at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the starting day of a new schedule.

  • Change Order Formats Formats for Lump Sum Change Orders and for Change Orders based upon either a force account or upon unit pricing with an indeterminate number of units are in Section 7, Forms.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Work Orders If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • Posting of Work Schedules Work schedules shall be written in ink and posted and maintained in such a way as to provide every employee an opportunity to know her shift schedule for an advanced period of six (6) weeks.
