Service Operation. Licensee will be responsible for all DRM encoding, hosting, serving and providing clearinghouse and other functions necessary for the operation of the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Service Operation. In the course of service operation, in addition to the automatic monitoring within the basic operation, SIX employees shall remain in service (stand-by) who can start localizing the error or removing the cause immediately. Maintenance works shall be planned outside the service operation (the exception being maintenance window).

Stockwalk shall host and operate the Co-Branded Site and shall maintain and implement facilities and equipment and programming, including data communication facilities and Internet connections, collectively making up the host data center and the Co-Branded Site accessible to the Customers. Stockwalk shall use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Co-Branded Site is operational on a "continuous" basis in accordance with the Performance Standards provided in Exhibit A.

Service Operation. 6.6 FS2 agrees that it will use its best endeavours to ensure that each of the FS2 Suppliers co-operates with IATA and provides all assistance, including the provision of data, that IATA may reasonably require (other than any Confidential Information of FS2), to any other IATA supplier, including without limitation, for the purposes of the pilot testing, live implementation and ongoing operation of the Service.

(c) Limitations on User Access, Licensee's user agreement shall state that each User shall only be authorized to access Limited Music Downloads, Music Streams, Limited Video Downloads, Video Streams and Lyric Displays through the Service on, and for each User Covered Devices shall only include one (1) Personal Computer and up to two (2) Portable Digital Music Devices. Service Operation. During service operation, in addition to the automatic monitoring in basic operation, there are employees on duty who, in the event of a malfunction, immediately begin to troubleshoot and start within 60 minutes to remove it. No troubleshooting is performed outside of service operation.
