Service occupancy. 9.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 7.1.4, the Operator may with the prior consent of Pub Owner, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, use any residential areas of the Pub for bed and breakfast accommodation and/or grant service occupancies in respect of any residential areas of the Pub to its Pub Employees provided that such service occupancies shall end immediately if:
