Service Monitoring and Analyses. Vocera may (i) compile statistical and other information related to the performance, operation and use of its Products and Services, including any Software, and (ii) use data from your use of the Products and Services in aggregated, de-identified form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (clauses (i) and (ii) are collectively referred to as “Service Analyses”). Service Analyses will not incorporate your Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify you or any individual or any Protected Health Information and will be stripped of all persistent identifiers (such as device identifiers, IP addresses and cookie IDs). Vocera retains all intellectual property rights in Service Analyses.

Service Monitoring and Analyses. 8.1Anapact continuously monitors the Service to facilitate Anapact’s operation of the Service; to help resolve Customer service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Service as well as any content, data, or applications in the Service; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Anapact monitoring tools do not collect or store any Customer Data residing in the Service, except as needed for such purposes. Anapact does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Anapact software provided by Customer or any of Customer’s Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Service. Information collected by Anapact monitoring tools (excluding Customer Data) may also be used to assist in managing Anapact’s product and service portfolio, to help Anapact address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s).   • Monitoring and Auditing 7.1. Site visits by Sponsor and/or its authorized designee (e.g., Study monitor) will be scheduled in advance for times mutually acceptable to the Parties during normal business hours. Sponsor’s and/or authorized designee’s access is subject to reasonable safeguards to ensure confidentiality of medical records and systems.

  • Monitoring and Compliance Every year during the term of this Agreement on the anniversary date of the effective date of the Agreement, the Restaurant shall provide to the United States a narrative report of the actions taken during the reporting period to remove any barriers to access and otherwise enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities at the Restaurant and any plans for action concerning ADA compliance in the coming year. The report shall include as an exhibit copies of any complaint, whether formal or informal, received during the reporting period alleging that the Restaurant was not being operated in compliance with the ADA or otherwise discriminated against any person on account of disability. The Owner and Operator of the Restaurant shall cooperate in good faith with any and all reasonable requests by the United States for access to the Restaurant and for information and documents concerning the Restaurant's compliance with this Agreement and the ADA. The United States shall have the right to verify compliance with this Agreement and the ADA, both as set forth in this Agreement and through any means available to the general public, including visits to the public areas of the Restaurant and communications with Restaurant staff. The United States shall have the right to inspect the facility at any time, and counsel for the United States need not identify themselves in the course of visits to the public areas.
