Service Increments. An Employee who has satisfactorily completed work as a contract Employee with Mount Royal University, counting from September 1, 1999, shall be moved on the hourly rate schedule as outlined below. A semester of work is either the Fall, Winter, or Spring/Summer semester (maximum of three (3) per year).
