Guidance: Jurisdictions may want to amend the acceptable types of materials. Jurisdictions may also include additional material types such as e-waste, if such material can be handled in a manner that complies with Applicable Law. Prohibited Materials: Food Waste, Hazardous Materials, abandoned automobiles, trees, Excluded Waste or any single item (e.g. large auto parts, etc.) that exceeds two hundred (200) lbs. in weight Guidance: For Option 3, add Organic Waste to this list of prohibited materials.

Service Frequency. Customer understands that the terms of service apply to both regularly scheduled collection and “on-demand” services. Please note: for “on-demand” rolloff service, the Customer is responsible for contacting Customer Service to schedule service. A daily rental charge plus Idaho State Sales Tax will apply to all rolloff services. Rental and sales tax are invoiced at the end of service, based on the actual number of days Customer is in possession of the container. Containers on this service type must be emptied at least once every 30 days to avoid a minimum service charge. Minimum service fees may be incurred if container is kept longer than the allotted time without timely service request having been submitted by Customer and payment processed by Customer Service. Maximum days and minimum service fees are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. PAYMENT Customer may be requested to prepay base charges upon initial setup of the account and on the day of request for any subsequent services. Customer agrees to pay additional charges, if applicable, for any fees incurred from services (heavy material, trip charges, minimum service, unauthorized material, etc.). These fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be charged to the customer’s stored payment method or via invoice after services have been performed.
Service Frequency. The frequency of basic services as generally described in the Annual Report for the District are as follows: Landscape service frequency and schedule are determined annually, or as needed, and frequency of service is at a minimum of three (3) days per week. Graffiti control is five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday excluding City holidays). All graffiti shall be removed from the public right-of-way within twenty-four (24) hours of being reported. Street trees are observed on a weekly basis, and street tree maintenance shall be performed as outlined in Section D.3. ("Street Trees").
