SERVICE ERRORS. 11.1 You agree to regularly and promptly review all records, controls, notices, reports, statements, communications and other information available to you with respect to Service transactions to confirm and verify the completion and accuracy of the transactions and any related debits, credits or transfers involving your Service Accounts. You will notify us immediately of any actual or suspected error, discrepancy or unauthorized transaction (collectively, "Service Error") within the notification period stated in the applicable Service Schedule, or, if no notification period is stated in the applicable Service Schedule, no more than five (5) Business Days from the date you knew or reasonably should have known of the Service Error. WITHOUT REGARD TO CARE OR LACK OF CARE ON OUR PART, YOUR FAILURE TO DISCOVER AND REPORT TO US ANY SERVICE ERROR AS SOON AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE AND WITHIN THE APPLICABLE NOTIFICATION PERIOD AS REQUIRED HEREIN WILL BAR ANY CLAIM BY YOU AGAINST US OR OUR THIRD PARTY SERVICE VENDORS WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SERVICE ERROR. The notification periods stated in this section apply to all Service Errors affecting your Service Accounts and supersede any longer notification periods that may be stated in the Deposit Account Agreement with respect to deposit accounts in general; provided, however, that if a longer notification period is required by applicable law, such longer notification period will apply.

SERVICE ERRORS. We will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a good and workmanlike manner. If you discover an error in an audit report and submit a valid claim to us within thirty (30) days after receiving such audit report, we will re-perform the Services in question and provide a corrected audit report at no charge to you. This shall be your sole remedy for an error in the Services.

  • Invoice Errors If You find a material error in an invoice, then You must notify Dell in writing within 10 days from its receipt. Any amounts Dell and You both agree in writing to correct must be paid before the later of: (a) 14 days following the date of Dell’s corrected invoice; or (b) the original due date. If You withhold payment on the basis that an invoice is incorrect and Dell finds that the amount is accurate, then You must pay interest on the unpaid disputed amount from the invoice due date until Dell receives payment. You may not offset, defer, or deduct any invoiced amounts that Dell determines are correct following completion of this process.

  • Correction of Errors Contractor shall perform, at its own cost and expense and without reimbursement from the District, any work necessary to correct errors or omissions which are caused by the Contractor’s failure to comply with the standard of care required herein.

  • BILLING ERRORS In case of errors or questions about electronic funds transfers from your share, savings, checking and money market accounts, or if you need information about a transfer on the statement or receipt telephone us at the following number or send us a written notice to the following address as soon as you can. We must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem appears. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. * If you give notice of an error within thirty (30) days after you make the first deposit to your account, we will have twenty (20) business days instead of ten (10) business days. ** If you give notice of an error within thirty (30) days after you make the first deposit to your account, notice of an error involving a point of sale transaction, or notice of an error involving a transaction initiated outside the U.S. its possessions and territories, we will have ninety (90) days instead of forty-five (45) days to investigate.

  • Clerical Errors Clerical errors will neither deprive any individual Member of any benefits or coverage provided under this Group Contract nor will such errors act as authorization of benefits or coverage for the Member that is not otherwise validly in force.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Payroll Errors a. This provision applies when the Director of Personnel Services determines that an error has been made in relation to the base salary, overtime cash payment, or paid leave accruals, balances, or usage. In such cases the County shall, for purposes of future compensation, adjust such compensation to the correct amount. The Director also shall give written notice to the employee.

  • Service Updates Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.

  • Long Service Recognition Effective the first pay period after April 1, 2021, a 25th year step on each wage schedule is created which will be 0.25% higher than the respective 6th year step.   • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Service Schedule The Agency shall provide Services in accordance with the times and days of the week set forth in the Scope of Service (Attachment “A”), unless otherwise approved by the Recipient in writing. In addition, a method for providing 24-hour on-call access shall be published and made accessible to the Consumers and other Service providers.
