Service Day. The employee’s service day is the calendar day on which the majority of work is scheduled. Where the work schedule is distributed evenly over two calendar days, the service day is the calendar day on which such work schedule begins.

Service Day. The term “Service Day” shall mean the day during which Shipper receives Transportation Service pursuant to a nomination in accordance with Section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
Service Day. Each day of the week, consisting of 24 consecutive hours and commencing at 12:00 midnight.
Service Day. The service day for employees shall begin at 12:01 a.m. and extend to 12:00 midnight. However, all shifts beginning at or between 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight shall be construed to have been worked in the following service day and all shifts beginning before 8:00 p.m. shall be construed to have been worked on the service day it was scheduled to begin. The normal work day of each employee under the terms of this Agreement shall consist of either eight hours and 24 minutes (8/24) or twelve (12) continuous hours of work in the service day. Employees may eat their lunches during the normal work day as the workload permits. Requests for a lunch hour shall be as prescribed in Emergency Medical Service Bulletin No. 9-8. No monetary compensation or time off will be paid or granted for lunch periods not taken regardless of the reason. The actual hours of the work day shall be designated by the department head according to that schedule which best meets the efficiency of the public service, provided that when the nature of the work is such that it is impossible to operate in accordance with the normal work period, employees may be required to work in excess of the normal work day.
Service Day. LifeLabs will provide Service to Residents on the Service Day agreed to by Facility and LifeLabs.

  • Service Dates Invoice shall include the beginning and ending date of the work accomplished for the invoice.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Service Activation Date Billing for the Service Component will begin on the Service Activation Date, as specified below, for the specific Service type. The Service Activation Date is the date (i) Equipment is installed and tested at the Customer’s locations, and (ii) IP connectivity to LightEdge has been established.

  • Service Credits Employees on pregnancy leave shall be entitled to normal accumulation of service credits for the duration of the pregnancy leave.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Service Types Where you are funded for more than one service type under this Activity, and you have met the requirements within one of these service areas, you may shift all or part of any remaining funds to another service type you support under this Activity. You must advise us of resource attributions annually through the Activity Work Plan Report as detailed in Item E.

  • Service Outages (a) Service Outages Due to Power Failure or Disruption. 911 Dialing does not function in the event of a power failure or disruption. If there is an interruption in the power supply, the Service, including 911 Dialing, will not function until power is restored. Following a power failure or disruption, you may need to reset or reconfigure the Device prior to utilizing the Service, including 911 Dialing.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.
