Service Counter. Airport Director shall assign to TENANT an area (“Service Counter”) within the Terminal consisting of “as is” rental car service counter and office space based on the proposal submitted under the Request for Proposal PM 1121-0390-0039. Said area is described on “Exhibit A” and shown on “Exhibit B”, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Service Counter shall be for terminal office and counter space to operate a rental car concession.
