Service Connection. After the Customer’s installation has been inspected and approved by the proper authority, a meter will be installed by MPS and electric service made available provided that all applications, agreements, and deposits have been submitted by the Customer and approved by MPS. Written affidavits and requests must be received by MPS by 24 hours preceding the date that connection is desired. Weekends and holidays are excluded and affidavits and requests will not be received at those times.
Service Connection. The term "service connection” refers to the point of connection of a user's piping to the Missoula Water system.
Service Connection any and all couplings, service lines/connections, cisterns, and other and equipment or facilities necessary for providing the Services (the “Service Connection”) must comply with this Agreement, as well as all County standards, Bylaws and Service Policies.

Service Connection. The dates in this Agreement for the completion of installation of the facilities of NRBN and for the commencement of the provision of the Services to the CUSTOMER are estimates only and, while NRBN will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet such dates, NRBN shall not have any liability for failing to meet such dates. NRBN will keep the CUSTOMER informed as to the dates foreseen for such completion and commencement.

Service Connection without duplication of any of the foregoing , or the occupant of the Lands or potions thereof to receive the Water Service, designing, constructing and installing or paying for the design, construction and installation of the service connection necessary to connect any buildings or improvements located upon the Lands to the system or works of the County Water Services; in each case applied in the same manner as would be applied to any other similarly located, zoned, serviced and developed lands within the County, with similar servicing requirements;
Service Connection without duplication of any of the foregoing , or the occupant of the Lands or potions thereof to receive the Sanitary and Storm Sewer Service, designing, constructing and installing or paying for the design, construction and installation of the service connection necessary to connect any buildings or improvements located upon the Lands or the Lands themselves to the system or works of the County Sanitary and Storm Sewer Services; in each case applied in the same manner as would be applied to any other similarly located, zoned, serviced and developed lands within the County, with similar servicing requirements;
