Service Commencement. 3.1 The Engineer may reuse an existing socket and line routing to fulfil your order; if this occurs your appointment will be cancelled and no engineer will attend site. If you want to force an engineer to attend site, then you are required to tick the box on the order form (up to 2 hours of Time Related Charges may apply in addition to the activation fee):
Service Commencement. We will commence delivery of a Service on or within a reasonable time after the last of:
Service Commencement. 5.1. MyRepublic will notify the Customer once there is Service Commencement. The Billing Cycle will commence on or after the Service Commencement date, regardless of whether or not the Customer immediately commence use of the Services.
Service Commencement. Customer and Arrow will mutually agree to the date that Services will commence (the “Service Commencement Date”). Services shall not commence until this SOW has been accepted and signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties.

Service Commencement. 3.3 The Provider shall commence provision of the Services described in Schedule 2 (Statement of Requirements) on the Contract Effective Date on and from which date the Authority shall be entitled to issue Accommodation Requests and Orders, which are issued via the Authority’s MIP, to the Provider in respect of Service Users.
Service Commencement. Section 8.08(a) of the Comprehensive Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following language:
Service Commencement. Service Commencement shall be determined using the following criteria: a) completion of testing by Teo and acceptance by customer; or b) if after two (2) business days from completion and turn over to customer does not attach equipment or reject service, service will be deemed accepted, or c) in a multiple node network, Service Commencement will begin upon completion of a minimum of two nodes. Both parties, in writing, prior to contract signing, shall agree upon any exceptions. All Service Charges will begin on the Service Commencement Date. This date will be used to calculate service start date and service end date.
Service Commencement. 4.1 Subject to satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent (as set out in Section 6 of Module A), the Provider shall commence delivery of the Services on 1st September 2011 (the “Anticipated Service Commencement Date”).
