Service Center. The Company's address and telephone number as specified on the Contract Data Page or as may be designated by the Company from time to time. SOURCE OPTION (THE SOURCE). The Investment Division or Fixed Account Option made available by the Company and selected by the Owner from which amounts will be transferred to a Designated Option(s) pursuant to one of the Company's systematic investment programs. TERMINAL ILLNESS. A noncorrectable medical condition, which will result in the death of the Owner within (12) twelve months or less from the date of the Physician's statement.
