Service Capacity. Contractor must be able to accommodate and adapt to increasing demand for both OPI and VRI services and continue to be in compliance with this Contract. Contractor must have the capabilities to accommodate and adapt to surges in call volume during peak times and surge times, as well as the ability to adapt to overall call volume increases over the life of the Contract.
Service Capacity. For the Residential Premises of the Mixed Use Buildings, Contractor shall provide no less than ninety-six (96) gallons per week of Solid Waste Container capacity for every five (5) Residential dwelling units. At a minimum, Contractor shall provide twenty (20) gallons per week of Container capacity for Single-Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection for every Residential dwelling at the Mixed Use Building.
Service Capacity. 5.7.1. Using the form provided by Great Rivers, the Contractor shall submit to Great Rivers a roster of all clinical staff. The roster shall be updated monthly and updates to the roster are due by the 10th of each month. The roster should identify each staff member’s name, credentials, role/job title, working locations, contact information, language, if accepting new enrollees and if the staff member is a specialist as defined by WAC. If there are providers who can be accessed on a case by case basis, information on how to access these providers must be included.

Financial Requirements Displays the total number of tests required, the number of tests per kit, the number of kits required, the cost per kit, and the total cost required for each test. It also displays the total cost for all the kits, costs for storage and distribution, and costs for customs. Budget Reconciliation Displays the amount of funds required for that use, the funds available, and the percentage of the required funds that are available. It also displays the number of kits required for each test, the required cost for each test, the number of kits of each test that can be pro- cured given the amount of available funding, and the storage and distribution and customs costs for the number of kits that can be procured. Adjust Kits to Buy Displays a summary of all the parts of the quantification. Service Capacity. The Service Provider must ensure that they have the capacity and capability to deliver Services 365 days per year (366 in a leap year). The Service Provider must be able to demonstrate flexibility in deploying Staff across geographical areas and hours of Service at all times. The Service Provider must conduct regular reviews of Staffing levels and resources especially at times of increased demand to include winter pressures, Bank Holidays and school holiday periods.

However, from time to time during periods of extraordinarily heavy usage of the Service, you may temporarily experience slower service or service unavailability. No such temporary slowdown or unavailability shall constitute a breach or default by us of our obligations. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or limit your use of the Service if: (a) your usage level exceeds our average customer use level or otherwise negatively impacts the overall health of the network determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, or (b) you exceed any bandwidth limitations associated with your account. No such suspension or limitation of the Service shall constitute a breach or default by us of our obligations.

Service Capacity. The Service may only be accessed and used by the number of Customer’s employees or contractors stated in this Order Form (the “Service Capacity”) who may only access and use the Service for the purposes of performing services or their job functions for Customer. Additional user seats may be purchased upon payment of corresponding additional Subscription Fees. Customer is responsible for the use of the Service by its users (and their compliance with this Agreement), and for the protection of secrecy of log-in credentials and passwords. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under its account(s), whether or not Customer knows about them.
