Service Bulletins. Seller shall provide Buyer with service bulletins in accordance with ATA Spec. 100 for all mandatory changes required by Airworthiness Directives (AD). Those service bulletins and resulting modification "kits", where applicable, shall be issued in such a timely manner that accomplishment will be guaranteed within the applicable limits. Service bulletins affecting the reliability shall be marked accordingly. The service bulletins shall indicate the reason for the implementation of such change. The costs of the service bulletins are considered as associated costs of approved and introduced changes and shall be borne either by Seller or by Buyer as defined in Articles 6-8.
Service Bulletins. All vendor and manufacturer's no-charge SB kits ordered and received by Lessor for the Aircraft but not installed therein shall be delivered with the Aircraft as part of the Aircraft at time of delivery, and shall be loaded on board the Aircraft as cargo. Lessee shall have the option to purchase at Lessor's cost any vendor and manufacturer's SB kits for which there has been material ordered and received by Lessor for the Aircraft but not installed therein.
Service Bulletins. Service Bulletin (SB) information will be incorporated into the Technical Publications after notice from the Buyer of embodiment of a Service Bulletin. The split effectivity for the corresponding Service Bulletin will remain in the Technical Publications until notification from the Buyer that embodiment of such Service Bulletin has been completed for all the Aircraft.
Service Bulletins. Lessee agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to incorporate into the Aircraft all those Airframe, Engine, and Appliance manufacturer and other vendor service bulletins which Lessee plans to adopt during the Term for the rest of its 727-200 aircraft fleet. The Aircraft, with respect to the rest of Lessee's fleet, shall not be discriminated against in service bulletin compliance or other maintenance matters.
Service Bulletins. The Supplier shall deliver all service bulletins pertaining to the Deliverable at no extra cost to DALO until 2 (two) years after Delivery. The format of such bulletins shall be agreed with DALO.
Service Bulletins. 2.1 On July 16, 2004, the Buyer and the Seller **. It is agreed that the Seller will provide the Buyer with relevant service bulletins with respect to such **, or by **, or within ** from certification of the applicable service bulletin, whichever is later.
Service Bulletins. For so long as American has any Retrofit A/C remaining in service, Gogo shall provide service bulletins to American in accordance with ATA Specification 100. If the changes discussed in a service bulletin affect the CMM, revised pages for the CMM will be supplied by Gogo to American.
Service Bulletins. For so long as American has any ABS equipped aircraft remaining in service, Supplier shall provide service bulletins to American in accordance with ATA Specification 100. If the changes discussed in a service bulletin affect the CMM, revised pages for the CMM will be supplied by Supplier to American.
Service Bulletins. In accordance with Clause 1.5 of this Appendix F, service bulletins information will be incorporated into the Technical Publications (Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Aircraft Wiring Manual and Illustrated Parts Catalogue) after written notice of Buyer’s intention to embody the Service Bulletin on its fleet. In this case, both information “Before SB” and “After SB” will appear in the manuals concerned.
Service Bulletins. When Embraer recommends that Buyer implement a service bulletin which improves performance or dispatch reliability, enhances flight operations or decreases maintenance costs, ***, and Buyer concludes by a cost benefit analysis that the SB is commercially reasonable, Embraer Customer Support Department shall contact Buyer's Vice President of Maintenance, in writing, with recommendations that the service bulletin be complied with. Buyer will schedule the Aircraft for incorporation of such service bulletin ***, but, subject to Embraer agreement which shall not be unreasonably withheld, Buyer may schedule it for incorporation during a maintenance check, so as to minimize interruption to scheduled service.
