Service Awards. 8.1 Class Representatives and Class Counsel may seek Service Awards to the Class Representatives of up to $2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars) per Class Representative. Class Counsel may file a motion seeking Service Awards for the Class Representatives no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Objection Deadline. Defendant will not object to Plaintiffs’ request for a service award for the Litigation up to $2,500 for each of the three named plaintiffs, subject to Court approval.
