Common use of Service Award Clause in Contracts

Service Award. Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a Service Award of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) without an objection from Defendant. Subject to the Court’s approval, the Service Award shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date.
