Service Award Payments. At least fourteen (14) days before the Opt-Out and Objection Deadlines, Class Counsel will file a Fee Application that will include a request for Service Award Payments for the Settlement Class Representatives in recognition for their contributions to this Action not to exceed $5,000.00 per representative. The Settlement Administrator shall make the Service Award Payments to the Settlement Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Award Payments shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than ten (10) days after the Effective Date.

The Settlement Administrator shall make the Service Award Payments to the Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Award Payment shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.

Such Service Award Payment shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than 7 days after the Effective Date.
Service Award Payments. Such Service Award Payment shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.

PCS agrees not to oppose Class Counsel’s request for a service award not to exceed One Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,000.00) per representative, for a total of Two Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($2,000.00). The Settlement Administrator shall make the Service Award Payments to the Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Award Payment shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
