Common use of Service Availability Clause in Contracts

Service Availability. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we aim to provide, but cannot guarantee, a continuous Service free of any Interruptions. You are aware that we may be reliant on Third Party Suppliers for supplying the Service to you and that circumstances beyond our control may cause Faults in the Service from time to time. Our liability to you for any Fault in a Service is limited in accordance with Clause 16 and the terms of any applicable Service Level Agreement.
