SERVICE AREA MAPS. Upon thirty (30) days written request, Comcast shall permit the Township to view a complete set of Comcast service area strand maps of the Township on which shall be shown those areas in which facilities exist and the location of streets. The strand maps shall also designate where the cable wires and other equipment are aerial and where they are underground. Such viewing by Township officials shall be at a mutually agreed time and location. Should the Township wish to obtain such strand maps of the Township for its exclusive use, Comcast shall provide such maps within thirty (30) days of a written request, but no more than once annually and only after the Township and Comcast have executed a non-disclosure agreement as such maps are confidential and proprietary pursuant to Section 5.1 of this Agreement.

The strand maps shall be provided to the County in hardcopy and also, if requested and available, in an electronic GIS format which is compatible with the County’s GIS format. Comcast may require the County, and/or designees of the County, to execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to the provision of such maps.

The maps shall also designate where the cable wires and other equipment are aerial and where they are underground. Mediacom shall provide the Town with updated maps within thirty (30) days after any request by the Town.

Within thirty (30) days of a written request, Charter shall make available to the Town for inspection a complete set of Charter service area maps of the Town on which shall be shown those areas in which its facilities exist and the location of all streets. Charter shall make such maps available to the Town for inspection within thirty (30) days of a written request and after execution of an appropriate non-disclosure agreement. All information provided shall be exclusive of Drops. The Town agrees to treat such maps as confidential because they constitute proprietary information.

The maps shall be provided to the Township in hardcopy and also, if requested and available in an electronic GIS format which is compatible with the Township’s GIS format, provided Time Warner Cable maintains the strand maps in such format. The maps shall also designate where the cable wires and other equipment are aerial and where they are underground. Time Warner Cable shall provide the Township with updated maps within thirty (30) days after any request by the Township.
