Service and Reporting Standards. 9.1 ACS shall provide nondiscriminatory, non-preferential services to AFS that have substantially the same characteristics of timeliness and performance as ACS provides to itself, its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “ACS’ actual performance”). ACS’ service performance shall be no worse than or no less than the specific performance threshold of ACS’ actual performance for the equivalent service, and services will meet the same technical criteria ACS uses in its own network. Services will be provisioned, repaired, and maintained at and to the same or like standards and intervals that ACS uses within its own network and for its own end user customers in like circumstances.

Service and Reporting Standards. ACS-ANC shall provide nondiscriminatory, non-preferential services to LEVEL 3 that have substantially the same characteristics of timeliness and performance as ACS-ANC provides to itself or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “ACS-ANC’s actual performance”). ACS-ANC’s service performance shall be no worse than the specific performance threshold of ACS-ANC’s actual performance for the equivalent service, and services will meet the same technical criteria ACS-ANC uses in its own network. Services will be provisioned, tested, repaired, and maintained at and to the same or like standards and intervals that ACS-ANC uses within its own network and for its own end user customers in like circumstances.

Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to relevant reporting requirements to the State Public Charter School Commission, State Department of Education as the State Education Agency (SEA) and sole Local Education Agency (LEA) and/or federal authorities, including but not limited to: • Compliance with minimum educational data reporting standards established by the BOE • Maintaining and reporting accurate enrollment and attendance data • Maintaining and reporting accurate personnel data • Annual reporting and immediate notice requirements • Additional information requested by the State Public Charter School Commission

  • Accounting Standards The Subrecipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR 200 and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.

  • Licensing Standards The Contractor, its employees and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable licensing standards, certification standards, accrediting standards and any other laws, rules, or regulations governing services to be provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The State will not pay the Contractor for any services performed when the Contractor, its employees or subcontractors are not in compliance with such applicable standards, laws, rules, or regulations. If any license, certification or accreditation expires or is revoked, or any disciplinary action is taken against an applicable license, certification, or accreditation, the Contractor shall notify the State immediately and the State, at its option, may immediately terminate this Contract.

  • Manufacturing Standards All forest products except poles, produced and sold under this contract will be manufactured to maximize the amount of logs meeting preferred log lengths and to achieve the average log length listed. Poles produced under this contract will be manufactured to ANSI specifications (American National Standard Specifications and Dimensions for Wood Poles), in force at the time of signing this contract.
