Service and Repair. Borrower will at its sole expense maintain and service and repair any damage to each item of Collateral in a manner consistent with prudent industry practice and Borrower's own practice so that such item of Collateral is at all times (i) in the same condition as when delivered to Borrower, except for ordinary wear and tear, and (ii) in good operating order for the function intended by its manufacturer's warranties and recommendations.

Service and Repair. The Company will undertake reasonable efforts to maintain the system in good working order and to respond to service calls in a timely manner. The Company will repair and correct damage to equipment or interruptions of service due to reasonable wear and tear or technical malfunction. Physical damage to equipment caused by your intentional or negligent misuse is your sole responsibility. The Company assumes no liability for damage to equipment due to circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disaster, fire, civil disturbance, strike or weather.
Service and Repair. With respect to computer equipment, other than personal computers, Lessee has entered into, and will maintain in effect, Vendor's standard maintenance contract or another contract satisfactory to Lessor for a period equal to the term of each Schedule and extensions thereto which provides for the maintenance of the Equipment and repairs and replacement parts thereof in good condition and working order, all in accordance with the terms of such maintenance contract. Service and Repair i. We offer a repair service if you would rather a repair as opposed to a replacement unit. Our fully trained service engineers can call out to you on a mutual date and time window or Am /Pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday has limited availability dependant on area, please call to check). Although we offer guide line times for the engineers visit we can not 100% guarantee these times as they are dependent on various conditions beyond our control i.e. traffic and the length of the engineers visits prior to yours (some repairs are quick and some very long and this is unknown until the engineers visit). If we have to repair more than one appliance at your premises we do NOT charge 2 call charges but we only charge one call out charge and extended labour for each additional appliance that needs to be looked at, the reduction varies depending on the product but as a guide its £15.00 + vat reduction or greater.

Service and Repair. MagneGas shall provide a service kit containing the items identified on Exhibit A and B with the MagneGas Systems delivered to the Facility, to support one (1) year of component failures, at no additional cost.
Service and Repair. The Provider will provide service and repair to all CareView Equipment for the Term of this Agreement. The Hospital shall notify the Provider in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of any damage to, or accident involving, the CareView Equipment. The Hospital will provide the Provider with access to the CareView Equipment, including without limitation, for the purpose of inspecting the CareView Equipment or performing any work, maintenance, replacement and repair which the Provider is permitted or required to perform under this Lease. The Provider or its designees shall perform all maintenance, replacement and repair of the CareView Equipment within forty-eight (48) hours; Provider shall provide the Hospital with a proportional credit for each day that service and repair takes longer than 48 hours. The Hospital hereby agrees to grant to the Lender and its assignees the licenses and other rights to enter onto the Hospital property that are granted to the Provider pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. CareView accepts responsibility for all repairs, maintenance and replacements and the related costs.
Service and Repair. 9.1. Product returned from the field for repair or routine service must be received by Broncus for preliminary evaluation and documentation per the Broncus Returned Product Procedure. If it is determined that repair or service will be required, Broncus will document general repair/service and disposition instructions (as well as cost guidelines if required) on its Returned Product Record for the unit in question. The unit, along with a copy of the Returned Product Record will be transported to SRC for service.
