Service Administrator. A Service Administrator is a person you or a Signing Authority designates, in the manner we have prescribed for this purpose, as eligible to perform non-financial transactions on an Account on behalf of the Applicant such as, but not limited to, redeeming RBC Rewards points if your Card(s) earns RBC Rewards points under the RBC Rewards program. A Service Administrator is not authorized to perform financial transactions on behalf of the Applicant such as opening an Account, asking for additional Cards on an Account or for an Account Credit Limit increase.

Service Administrator. “Service Administrator” means the person(s) that Customer designate(s) to purchase on behalf of Customer usage of the Service, authorize Users under the Agreement, create accounts for additional Users and otherwise administer Customer’s use of System. This system allows for one (1) “Service Administrator” account.

Service Administrator. Customer shall designate one or more administrators (each, an “Administrator”) to be responsible for usage of the Services by Customer and its Users. Subject to Dealer360’s revocation, termination and suspension rights, the Administrator shall be the only person(s) authorized by Customer to: (a) grant, modify and revoke access to the Services for Users, and (b) designate the level of access that each User shall have to the Services, as such access levels are established by Dealer360 from time to time.   • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Claims Administrator A. The Human Resources Director through his/her designated Claims Administrators shall administer the provision of this policy. The City Physician shall provide the City's Claims Administrators with all available medical information concerning the Employee's injury and/or medical opinions as requested. Medical information and opinions shall be based upon the Employee's medical records and/or physical examination. Questions of Employee eligibility shall be determined by the provisions established under State Statute 49-110, 49-111 and Oklahoma Worker's Compensation Title 85.   • Selection of Administrator The Parties have jointly selected CPT Group, Inc. to serve as the Administrator and verified that, as a condition of appointment, CPT Group, Inc. agrees to be bound by this Agreement and to perform, as a fiduciary, all duties specified in this Agreement in exchange for payment of Administration Expenses.   • Contract Administrator 22.1. ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance in monitoring the terms of this Agreement
